Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BREDA timepiece; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box and secure it within a shipping carton to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
